RSRC New Member Application 

Welcome!

First time members please print and complete forms #1 & 2 and mail them with your check (made out to RSRC) to the address at the bottom:

1. Membership Application and
2. Insurance Release Form and
3. Your dues of $35. 

Note: For all new members who ride in any of our events there is an additional one time $10 Fee which includes your rating test and a medical armband required for all RSRC riders. (The rating test and medical form for your armband must be completed for your first riding event.)

Please note: If you wish to join RSRC and not ride in events the Rating does not apply.

Renewing Members: Glad you're back!

Renewing members please mail BOTH completed forms and check:

1. Membership Application and
2. Insurance Release Form and
3. Your dues of $35. (After March 1, include $5 late fee.)

The Medical Armband must be worn by all riders participating in club-sponsored events.

Replacement armbands are available for $5. Please email one our board members to obtain an armband.
